Cleveland’s Two Seasons: Winter, Orange Barrels

Most places have 4 seasons – winter, spring, summer, and fall – but Cleveland only has two: winter and “orange barrels”. Oh sure, it may look like spring outside right now, but already the orange barrels signifying the never ending road construction and maintenance are blooming like daffodils.
